Module recover 

Recover RISC-V ELF cdylib from Abundance contract file format.

Conversion of ELF into the contract file is lossy, so the recovered ELF file only contains what is necessary for it to be a valid and functional shared library that converts back into exactly the same contract file: read-only data with contract metadata, code, exported methods, host call function and its import with corresponding PLT and GOT entries.

The layout resembles what lld produces for contracts, except that read-only data starts at a page boundary since its original alignment is not stored in the contract file.
